Hey, I got myself a set of the "old" Borla headers...and was wondering...what sort of problems did you run into with them? I believe you said you had them worked on to stop the rubbing... Any other issues I should be prepared for?

I have two severe bends in them, they wrap around the headers, they are prone to cracking at the welds...other than that they are fine. Maybe a nice ceramic coating would be nice. Just got back from SEMA and missed your post till now.

No worries Randy...I slapped 'em in on Friday.

Oh MY do they sound insane, especially with that Borla can...pure ridiculous sound. Super aggressive...wow is pretty much all I can say (I wrote up a review is anyone else is curious about it, in the "Engine, etc" forum)

But yes...bang bang. Ugh! I'll have to bug you about where you had the work done.
