Unhappy Coil Pack and wires installation?

I recently found out from my local dealer that I need to replace the (#1) ignition coil pack and the (#2) wires that go between it and the spark plugs. The job looks relatively easy. Just a simple swap. Does anyone have any links on how to do this installation or any tips that may be useful? Any help would be very much appreciated. I don't want to get burned with the labor costs when I'm a poor college student anyway

i would just do the install yourself. its easy. just unplug the old one, and bolt up the new one. if you are replacing the #1 wire, i would just replace them all, if one is bad, the other ones are not far behind.

Thanks for the help. Has anybody else done this work also? By the way, I wrote my post very poorly...to clarify, (misfire on cylinder 1) it is just the wires and the coil pack that need to be replaced

its very easy. just unbolt the 4 12mm bolts that nold it on, unplug the plug wires, (keep track of which wire gos were) and unplug the plug on the side of the coil. remove it, and install the new one, and plug it back in, now, remove one plug wire at a time, and replace them. that way you have only one wire unpluged at a time, so you can keep track of it.
then sit back and watch porn.

Yes, very easy. Just as Shane describes (though I thought they were 10mm bolts, and I didn't watch porn afterwards; I went for a drive).

Don't be too afraid about accidentally mixing wires up; the coil towers correspond in location to the cylinders in the engine.

Put a little bit of silicone dielectric grease around the edges of the boots at each end of each wire; that'll help keep moisture out.
