i bought the relays on my own, but you will also need new headlight plugs, and a new male headlight plug (hard to find)
so, i would just buy the kit, and shorten the wires so it fits the subaru better.

I got the kit from Daniel stern. It does not come with wire, heatshrink, or protective loom - only the relays, the relay "brackets" all the connectors, and the fuses.

I bought 12ga wire, spiral loom, and lots of heatshrink tubing from parts express.

After an initial screw up with the wiring, I went with a simpler wiring layout and it works GREAT now.

If you don't get the kit from Daniel Stern, you'll be faced with finding the connectors (i needed H1 and 9005 in addition to the 9007 to plug into the factory harness). You'll also need to get the proper relays and such. The hella 40amp dual-87 terminal is probably the best way to go. You can get them from www.rallylights.com

I used 10 ga wire to go from the battery+12V to the relay's #30 terminal and a single 12ga for 87 terminal.
