RS Sighting in Reston, VA

This morning, I saw a MY00 Blue ridge Pearl Sedan in a parking lot near Kaiser Permenente. Upon further inspection, it had a Ver. 5 rear wing, fog light covers, and 22B style hood vents. Who's car was this? I wanna ask a couple of questions about it.

It's not me... There's at least one other BRP 2000 in Reston at times, too. And dang it, it parks in the same lot as me. I *know* they bought it cause they saw mine. =)

Mine's just got the coupe wing, a GOT AWD license plate, and mean ol' Toyo's on it. =)
