Default does getting a cobb stg. 2 reflash make u a "stage 2 wrx"?

If you have a TBE, and the reflash you would be at a Cobb stage 2.

All company stages are different, so dont really worry about what your car "is" or isnt..

just remember that you have to have a full turbo back for the stage 2 to work properly.

Turbo XS and Cobb stage 2 are engine management / reflash + turboback exhaust. Vishnu are the only people with a stage sub-zero AND a stage zero...kinda makes you like:
