Forester Manual Tranny fluid change

Cool. I can't wait to get some synth gear oil in!

I'm having trouble finding one of these pumps for the rear diff though. Pep Boys and Strauss Auto (NJ) doesn't carry it. Maybe I'll just drive 45 minutes to the closest AutoZone. I made a mess when I did the rear diff on my WRX.

The Royal purple comes in a squeeze type bottle and I was hoping I wouldn't need the pump but in the end I did. There was no room to get it to Tilt high enough to get more than half out The only other alternative I can think of is to get enough to do the tranny too an you can squeeze in (almost) two half bottles then. You can use the half bottles in the tranny Just a thought...
