No answer until you spell Forester correctly.

Lessee, 2 kinds of steelies and I think 4 alloy patterns over the last few years.

Anyone knows????
I think the one I saw was a 01 or 02, just before they facelifted to the current model.

Mesh rims that look like Rota Formal.

He may be talking about the Mesh Rims that were standard on the Canadian Sport Model Forester, Model year 2002. Just noticed his address is Canadian so I would bet that it is the Sport Forester Rims he is talking about.

Default Forester Sport

Hopefully this image is going to come out I scanned it from a local dealer advertisement,
Here goes if it comes out it shows the rims. Incidently this a fairly rare forester. the rims are machine finished on the spokes as well as round the lip.

The sport was basically a loaded forester I think it came between the S and limited, they added the rims which were unique to the sport, it also got the huge moonroof, spoiler, monochromatic paint job while all the other models were two tone, not sure here but I think it got the 6 CD changer as well.

It was only available in the model year 2002 so this alone will make it fairly rare. Oh and it was only available in Canada which is probably why you did'nt know about it.

I was also basically a deal for what you got I do'nt think the package added a lot of money to the S model.

Nope these rims are machine finished, look like polished rims and are unique to the forester, the Legacy rims are just painted silver, they look similar but when viewed side by side you will see how much different they are.
