Default Did some brake work on the Forester today

Finally got warm enough to wash then work on the F-XT. I've been holding on to my brake upgrades I took off my RS before I sold it. Now with the new wheels I could put the 4 pots on:

Subaru 4-Pot install

Larger Legacy rear rotors

Speed Bleeders

Nice Brakes. Side note: I think I saw you when I was in Lawrence over the Christmas Holiday by Fields, Nice ride. Not many subies in KS. and even fewer red XT Forresters.

What are the differences between the Legacy rear rotors and the FXT rear rotors? I'm assuming the WRX and FXT share front rotors?

If you look at the link in my install you can see side by side pics. The legacy rear rotors are larger.

Very well could have been me, I was around. Next time hunt me down and say Hi I do see another Red XT at the park and ride at the RT 10 exit to 70. That one is stock with the cross bars still in place. A few people have gotten us confused I think. Mine looks different enought now for a Scooby person to be able to tell who is who though

Don't know about the 2-pots for the rear - Pictures are at the links listed above in my first post, put your cursor over each set blue words and click they are hyperlinks to the pics.

Peaty

Lots more pics at the links above here is a quick one:

The brakes feel very linear now. Before it seemed like I had to push harder on the brakes than necessary to stop. It feels much better now, the rate of slowing down seems to correspond more with the force I'm using on the pedal.
