Default ECU removal?

I want to get my ECU reflashed by COBB but i tryed to open there file on there web site to show how to remove the ECU buy i could not open it with my computer.
Could someone just give me a brief desciption on where it is located, and best way to remove it.

First unplug the battery and step on the brake until all the juice is drained out (the odo will go blank).

In the passenger footwell...

Three plastic screws for the carpet, pull it back.

There are a couple bolts (10mm I believe) holding on the kickplate. Then two nuts holding the ECU to the floor. The wiring harness is clamped down with one plastic connector.

Then it's as simple as just unclipping the ECU connectors. Sometimes they are hard to get started, but a screwdriver gently used to start the process can help.
