Default regularly scheduled maintenance

For a WRx....

When do you change the tranny oil...(and which oil shoud be used)

How often do you change the air filter...

When do you flush all the fluids....

And...
spark plugs?

tranny oil: every 30k; stock is Valvoline dino 75W90

air filter: every 30k (more often under dusty conditions)

flush all the fluids: which fluids? Coolant and brake fluid are also done at 30k I think.

spark plugs: around 100k
