haha!
Someone who was filling up one of the drilling rigs for the environmental company I work for pulled away from the pump w/ the hose still in the tank... (Ironic eh?) 40+ gallons of diesel fuel, and alot of absorbent oil pads later... ![]() |

HAHA...
My mother did that in her SUV, but it was only partly her fault...the attendant gave her her change for gas...she started it and drove away...with the hose....luckily nothing ever came of it...good thing they're designed to pop off... LG |

I can't stand the people pump your gas, everytime I'm there I get out, grab the pump and they come over and say I can't do that. grr. So the one time I was at a rest stop getting gas on my way to Boston and I did the same thing forgetting I was still in NJ. I get back in my car the pump stops, and I waited for 8 min. and the guy still didn't come back. I got out all pissed off telling the guy next to me waiting for my pump to pump his own gas because the people in Nj are idiots because they have this stupid law and they don't come back to take the hose out of your car. I may have been a little cranky that day too. I started to pull away and the guy comes over and said hey, I told you that you can't pump your cas. I shouted some curses and told him his dumb ass never came back and I was sick of waiting. Followed up with some more curses and drove away with the finger out the window till I couldn't see the pumps anymore. hahaha. It just seems everytime there has to be some sort of problem.![]() |
