OMGHi2U Lots of Houses For Sale

To get out today (I had off for Presidents' Day), I drove up 94 and over to Highland Park and back into the city on Sheridan. Being technically a weekday, there was almost no traffic, but a lot of snow built up, leaving no shoulders to speak of.

I noticed a *lot* of houses for sale all along Sheridan. It's a lot of multi million dollar places that aren't like all the $3-400,000 condos that are going for sale here in Lincoln Park, where lots of young thirty-somethings are loosing their high paying jobs. This looks like it's on a much higher scale of wealth.

At least the Frank Lloyd Wright designed house along Sheridan wasn't for sale.

oh yeah those houses are great I work for a custom home audio/ "smart home" company and that's basically all I ever work in. It's just sick..... Most of the projects I work on are worth more than twice the value of my condo on Sheridan Rd in the city and that's just for a fancy A/V, lighting, and HVAC control system.
