I used to have the same exact problem with my car pulling either left or right for the first two years when it was new. I also got the same line from the dealer mentioning the crown of the road, etc. When I was about to decide to replace the steering rack bushings, all of a sudden the problem went away! (Makes me wonder if my car is a mind reader and is afraid I'll butcher it!) So far, it's been a year with no pulling, and I'm a happy camper. Maybe it takes time? *shrug*

How hard is the steering rack bushing install?

the more i hear about it, the more i want to try it! i'm getting desperate with this annoying pull!
