Default Baja Turbo Times?

Can anyone tell me of any posted 0-60 or quarter mile times for a stock Baja Turbo? Either from a car magazine or a private owner?

Thanks.......................Frank

0-60 times:

Both Motorweek and Car and Driver has the automatic version at 7.5 and 7.3 seconds... but no times have been posted for the 5sp manual.

A good esitmate is with the Forester XT. It has the same engine and is 300-400 lbs ligher than the Baja Turbo. The time for the 5sp manual Forester XT is 5.3 to 5.6 seconds.

Based on those numbers, I would guesstimate 6.4 to 7.0 for the 5sp manual Baja Turbo.

Default Thanks.........

for the input.

The Baja weighs more than 10% more than the Forester. I guess that that has got to make a difference.

Would you happen to know the month of issue for both the Motorweek and Car and Driver magazines? Or is there a place on line that I could read their reviews?

Thanks much..............Frank
