Default Bright/Fog light Combination

As you Outback owners know (unless im the only one)... when you turn your brights on, your foglights shut off. How can I change the wireing to keep the fog lights on? Or is there a less drastic approach.

well in the 'Legacy' Forum... i got a wireing diagram and Benny (you know, the other guy you're blowing off ) is going to show me how to do it.
