Does anyone have any leads on jumper leads to fool engine management computer after up-pipe and down-pipe replacement? I have seen these advertised on e-bay from time to time but none recently

Lots of info here about this. Search for threads on "CEL Fix" or "MIL Eliminator" for the catless downpipe fix, and "Resistor Mod" or "P0546" for the uppipe EGT probe fix.
