Post Very interesting for all in need of parts

my friend is leaving for Japan on friday, he will be there for 3 months. I would like to know how much interest there would be in getting some parts shipped over. nothing big, maybe smaller STI stuff or whatever wouldent be too difficult for one guy to handle. so give me some ideas and when he gets there i can tell him what to find and i'll get back with some prices and availability. thanks!!

9 - just a question..what plates are you talking about? The WRX scoop has a rubber piece that sits on top of the IC when the bonnet is closed, so that all the air coming into the scoop goes into the IC. And a little part of the scoop channels air on top of the turbo.

really? i dont know.. i just thought every picture i saw of the intercollers on them i didnt see anything on the intercooler (rubber or not just usually a metal screen sometimes), i would just like something that looks nice and professionally made that channels air to the intercoller and or turbo.

ok. well.. most of the pics you see are of the intercoolers.. with the hood up. If you lift up the hood of a WRX, you will see under the scoop opening a rubber lining of sorts that sits flush on top of the IC when the hood is down. I think this does a good job of channeling whatever air goes through the scoop to the IC. But if there is a better one I want to knnw about it too..

Hello,

I would like a set of the Version 2 rear skirts/spats. Not to be confused witht he Version 5 parts that everybody is selling in the US. Is that to large of an item? I supose that cost is a small issue as well. If they end up being $300 US dollars or something......

Greg
[EDIT} I sent a PM as well

I don't have any pics of the red intake manifold,

but www.cobbtuning.com - has the gauge cluster pic, and www.takakaira.com has the sti lug nuts. (go to wheels, then sti)
