Default Help! CEL with CEL fix

This is a long shot, but after my turboback and h&s (scoobysport) P0420 fix install, ive thrown a P0138 - O2 sensor circuit voltage high, bank 1, sensor 2 (rear o2) a couple times instead.

At first I thought it was a bad soldering job on my part, maybe some resistance coming from a cold joint or just crap on my hands while splicing the wires, so I donned a pair of gloves, tore it all apart again and CAREFULLY cleaned and resoldered all my connections with a higher wattage soldering iron, finally sanding down the ground point to ensure metal-to-metal contact.

Worked great for about 140 miles. Then it came back.

After a couple searches, it appears that no one else has ever thrown this particular code. Those of you who have spliced in CEL fixes, what have your experiences been? Any ideas on how I can take care of this problem? Thanks.

Ben
