WTB: Stock Airbox Top

Does anyone have a WRX stock Airbox Top / Lid / Thing that the MAF screws into that they would be willing to sell me?
Specifically, it's part # 46052 in this picture.

I hacked mine off (to leave only the MAF tube) and want to quiet down that Jet Engine Sound. I'm Hoping that someone that upgraded to a CAI will have this laying around....
