Default wrx suspension on an outback

has anyone fitted wrx struts and springs on an outback yet? how much of a drop do you think you'd see? what do you think the ride quality would be like?

I'd go for a legacy GT suspension rather than a WRX one.

Derrrrr.

K, I have WRX struts and hats, with WRX GC's on my OB.

Stock WRX springs would have dropped it about 2 inches, WRX's aren't exactly lowriders. My car, slammed on GC's, is still only a 3 inch drop or so, from OB stock.....

There's another guy, Russell Rogers, who's running WRX lowering springs on his OB, on what I beleive are stock OB struts.
He's running 18s, but he's pretty low as well. I'm not sure waht lowering springs he's got, though.

Think of it this way. Your car weighs about what a WRX wagon does. the suspension should work fine, just remember that you'll need at least shorter tires, if not new tires adn wheels, int eh corrext WRX/Legacy GT spec sizing, or you'll rub in the rear on the spring perch.
