Thumbs down Product review: Turtle Wax 2001 Foaming Wheel Cleaner

"Spray on and hose off - it's that easy. Cleans all wheel surfaces safely and effectively - without harmful acids. Restores the gleam to all wheels and wheel coverings."

This stuff claims to clean wheels without scrubbing...well it doesn't begin to loosen up the brake dust on my rims. It smells like it's just Formula 409 repackaged as wheel cleaner. Don't bother.

I'll second Turtle-crap 2001.. THere tire and wheel cleaner are CRAP!! Use Meguir's or Armor All rim cleaner. Use Armor All or Son-of-a-Gun fir the tires. I prefer Son-of-a-gun...

they're "bug and tar remover" is for **** also. It didn't take anything off, even after letting it sit for 5 minutes. I put a drop of Meguiars liquid wax and the tar came right off.
