Post Funny thing happened at SOA training today.

Towards the end of the class they said, "And now something that you all have been waiting for. This is the first time this has been seen in the US." Up on the projector came the exact pictures that we all saw on that Japanese Subaru website. the EXACT same pictures. "This is the new body-style Impreza." I snickered a little bit so the guy came over to me. When he asked me what was the matter, I pulled out the sheet that I had printed them all out on and showed him. He HIT THE ROOF! "Where did you get these?" I just had to smile and say, that's not too important. He was in awe. LMAO

Side note:
STX truck has been confirmed. 2002 production as a 2003 model.

Doesn't the STX come with a supercharged EJ25? Does that mean a factory supercharger is in the stars??

If they try to hassle him about the pics from the net, all he has to do is show them one of 700,000 sites that have the pics on them and prove it isn't his own. *shrug*

They said that the truck won't really have the blower engine in it, apparently that was just done on a whim. It will "supposedly" be available with the 2.5 or the 3.0 H-6.

How much for the STX? Did they talk about the range of pricing? That will be my next vehicle hopefully.
