Yah Mitsu was kind of stupid about the defects. They even kept all of the reports and claims in a cabinet in their basement. The gov raided the building and shut it down for a day looking for info. They certainly found it. Now Chrysler is helping to bail them out. Mitsu's problem was it was defects that they refused to fix. Subaru at least fixed the defects on their cars. They just didn't announce it or notify the gov of it. They just waited until you brought your car in for service. I had orignally posted this a while back but at the time the site was having trouble and it got lost.
