I'll give Shawn a call later today and ask what's up.

The exhausts, I know, were held in customs until Monday. The springs I believe were dropshipped last week.

I'll doublecheck.

Cool, thanks OverTime. I have a feeling they will take a while to get back to me since when I called he said they were really busy in the shop as well.

I emailed and badgered them a bit- got my tracking number. UPS has them scheduled for delivery thursday (8/24) and I live in NH. If you don't have them by Friday, there must be a problem, as I'm about as far away from So Cal as you can get and still be in the US.

JP,
Hopefully mine will come tommorrow also since we're both in the same area. Who's doing your suspension install? I should be getting my V5 struts in a few weeks and I need to find a good place to get it done.

I'm just tapping my fingers trying to get it all done.

There was trouble with the address on my credit card matching the one I gave them, but I just managed to get through to them and I think there was an 'e' in the middle of my city that didn't belong. Waiting on a call back with confirmation now...

I called last Wed. and they said they would be going out that day and the next. I am hoping they are waiting on my porch when I get home. We'll see. I'll post again if they are.

OVERTIME!!! where are you? Whats up? DOnt tell me the "decal" you were talking about is that puny one on the spring! I just emailed Auto Imaging asking for my decals. Maybe could talk to them to and try to persuade them to give me (us) our rightful decals.

thanks.

I noticed the lack of a decal as well, but figured there was very little point in raising a stink over a freebie that was to be included in a deal that already was something like $100 off. Ya want the decal that bad? Spend the five bucks!

I actually asked them about the decal when I put in the order and they said they'd include it. I think you needed to mention it when ordering...

When I ordered my springs the guy asked if I wanted a black or white decal. I think I said black. I don't really recall since I don't really care about the decal.

Thumbs up

Hey I appreciate the organization for sure Overtime. I only have a problem with their damn credit card system stuff... lol.

I've been giving them a call a day since I got home fomr vaca... I guess I'm just hanging on and seeing what happens.

I would have had all the same problems if I had ordered from them directly so I'm not upset at all (at least they didn't charge my credit card and then not deliver, know what I mean? ).

Whoa dude, Calm down. I just wanted to get a sticker... I already emailed shawn. He said the decals are going out seperatly with the invoice for the springs. NOTHING to worry about now. I will have my decal... soon.

Sorry if i pushed you over the stressful edge. I was just ranting about not having my decal yet.

You did a Great job on this GB Chris. If you ever organize one again, I wont hesitate to sign up (if I'm interested in the part being sold, that is).

Hey guys...

Sorry about blowing up. I just ripped off two bolts and to top it off had to spend $10 at Pep Boys at 8:30 to finish installing my STi pedals (which look great, BTW. They're so choice. If you have the means, I highly reccomend picking some up).

Anyway, Shawn's out of town, I think at 5Zigen of America, which is in California somewhere. As soon as he gets back I'll start asking him about the decals, unshipped springs, and exhaust systems (which are being repackaged due to some trans-Pacific wear and tear, should have been shipped out today).

If you guys are a little patient I'm hoping that Auto Imaging will begin carrying C-west products within the month ...and C-West makes some stuff for the v.1/2 rear bumpers so we won't have to shave off our rear spats. Check out some of the cool stuff here, including an exhaust, body kits, clear lamps for the body kits, fog covers, GT wing, etc.
http://www.c-west.co.jp/1_imprezza.html

Hopefully 5Zigen will start to port over more Impreza products. I also talked to Peremy about taking some shots of the Heidfelds; that will be on the other thread.

I apologize again. No need for me to blow up on a bulletin board.

Have a good one.

I actually spoke with Shawn earlier tonite and had finalized everything regarding my credit card situation so they are supposed to go out either tonite or tomaro. All in all, I'd say they are good guys up there, that we just caught them at a bad time (when a lot were on vacation, which I can't blame them cause I did that last week).

Soooo... I think I'm the only/last person having problem or complaining today.

Hope everything goes as well for you all as it has for me today.

Go back to my instructions. I could have sworn that you had to specify you wanted your decal in a specific color.

I won't have any of this. I did this ON MY OWN TIME making a group buy FOR EVERYONE ELSE to join on the i-club. I told you EXACTLY HOW TO ORDER. EVERY LITTLE DETAIL! I EVEN RECCOMENDED THE WAY TO ORDER I THOUGHT WOULD WORK BEST. I have compensated and overcompensated, making this groupbuy as idiot-proof as possible.

If they screwed up, call them. I don't work for them and I'm getting a little sick of having to deal with them for other people who can't pick up the phone and make their own damn call.

If you REALLY want the freaking decal handle that part yourself. Ask for Shawn if you're having customer service problems and tell him you're in Chris's Subaru groupbuy. He will do his best to set you straight. Keep in mind he's not charging us a whole helluva lot more than cost for all this stuff...

End rant. It's been a bit of a rough day, and I needed to get that out of my system.

Back to helping you guys out...

The springs have almost all been shipped. Tracking numbers have been a pain because they normally don't request/give them, but they're working on that. I am in contact and will address any concerns that you have been unable to address, but like I said, all I did was organize this.

My payment was 2 extra white stickers that I could give to Templar to help him out for telling us about the springs. That's it. And that's all I'd ever ask for.
