Default need help asap. i need a really good subaru dealership to work on my car. need info!

if you guys have read my wrecked thread you know that i have been into an accident (other guys fault)

i put the claim in like 20 min ago. and they asked me where do i want my car fixed at. I told them a subaru dealership. So now i have to have a phone number and adress of one.

i was thinking of maybe renick. do they do good collision work? maybe from them i can get updated parts. if its fixable.

i need a good dealership though. do you guys know of one?

im in the san gabriel valley but the guys insurance is going to have my car towed to the dealership of my choice.

Yeah, why would you take your car to a dealer for collision work? Hell, the only reason your car should be at the dealer is for warranty work only!

PS check your PM's

dealerships do collision work. why wouldnt you? they have all the parts they need right there.

at this point i dont know if the car is totaled or not. How do they ditermine that? do they ditermine by frame condition or cost of repiar?

ill call SS right now

Cost. If the cost to repair is greater than the total value of the car (fair market value), then the vehicle is 'totalled'.

If you're not stuck on a dealership for repair, I'd recommend Gary @ Coachcraft in Monrovia. His shop does superb work and he'll just get all the parts from Sierra around the corner. It's your call.

Get your car done at 20 20 autobody in the City of Industry.
They are very professional, and they work on very expensive cars (lambos, ferrari, benz, lexus)

They are very pricey, but who cares, since you are getting it done through insurance!

Pricey ... That is the truest statement I have heard yet! (as I sit here shaking my head at the $909.87 invoice for the repair of 3 rock chips in the door .... )
