Default Front STI bar

I've been digging around without luck here. How do the 04 FXT bars compare to the 04 USDM STI bars? Would this be a legit upgrade? I see a lot of people doing rear bars, but no mention of the fronts. Anybody know if they'll bolt right up. I've got somebody trying to sell me both bars, and I don't know if I have a use for the front one....

yes sway bar. I figured it might be the same front but I'm having a rough time finding info on that. How did you come about that information?
