Have a Nice Day? Help: What should I do?

As most of you know me and my wife have a baby on the way and now have to budget our finances. I am keeping the RS for my wife and am trying to get a cheap little beater for me so let me know if you guys know of any decent, but cheap cars.
Anyways, I have a 1995 Chrysler Sebring LXi with 95000 miles on it, a minor tranny leak, and some other MINOR cosmetic and electrical problems. I just want to get rid of it now and still have almost 11000 to pay off. I am trying to sell it for the closest I can get to my payoff or take over payments. How does taking over payments work? Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get rid of it without leaving me too much to pay? Any suggestions at all?

Taking over payments: basically, unless you REALLY REALLY REALLY trust and know the person you're selling it to, you have to deal with the bank that financed the car. The bank has to approve the person who will be taking over the payments (at least that's normal in car financing contracts). Now, if you really know/trust the buyer, this isn't totally necessary, but know that if they miss a payment it's on your a$$ and credit.

Congratulations, hope the RS is a sedan. Drive it off a pier (not the RS). You're in FL, buy a motorcycle.
