WTB: 17" wheels for autoX

I need a set of 17" rims for wrx, no need to be perfect, some curbs would be fine since I need it for autoX. 17x7, or 17x7.5 would be better. As long as it's still rolling and no cracking. I know white RH (cp035?? ) replica is around 800 something, althouth it's replica, i still dont wanna buy a new set and just for autoX. So just wondering if you guys have a set that selling cheap. Please pm me your offer and rims pix.

Just found out a good deal on 17" Rota Tarmac I Gold for $850 cdn...I believe subydude.com selling 600us Shipped in US.

why not use 16" for autox? They're quicker and save you a lot of money on tires.

Well, you can fit as far as 225 wide tires on 16x6.5 can't you? I don't think you'd want 235's... it'll rub like crazy on any rim size.

I've tried 17" 235/?? on Advan A032, fronts were ok, but rear.... it ate the black trim thing and rubbed. For 16" 225/50 on wrx stock rims are no problem........ 235... can give a try

I wouldn't do 235 on a 6.5 rim, it will be pretty pinched and the extra width will not be used to it's fullest. See if you can get an RS rim from a GC as they are 7 inches wide.

I think 16" don't have 235.

if u can use 245 on some 7.5 to 8" wheels, that'll be the best. if not, your setup last year 225 on some stock wheels would be a really good choice too.
