Default different between JDM exhaust and US spec?

anyone know what is the different JDM spec and US spec exhaust for our car? is the length of piping or something else?

I'm referring to stock, I have one sitting right next to me. I don't count the cat as part of the USDM downpipe. How are aftermarket ones different lengths?
