Default Another IAC question

My car (2002 WRX) bogs out under partial throttle, usually between 4 -5k. Originally I had a separate issue with the idle and cleaned the idle air control solenoid. It wasn't until after I did this that I threw a CEL involving the solenoid. But I have never thrown one since- that was probably over a month ago. But since then I have been having horrible problems with misfires in all cylinders, and as I mentioned, the car shudders when I accelerate, and I can't even seem to make it to higher boost. It just loses power once the shuddering starts. My AFRs don't seem out of wack under throttle, but when the car warms up they (AFRs) are up and down (at idle). The AFRs at idle go back and forth between 13 -15:1, like it's trying to stabilize, but can't quite do it. The RPMS fluctuate from 600 - 800. If I blip the gas pedal it straightens right out to 14.7:1. It doesn't fluctuate when I cold start it though.

I checked the plugs and inspected the coilpacks, everything seems to check out OK. No fouling or anything.

I read other posts and am a little confused. What would be more likely....IAC or front 02?

The IAC is out of the picture above idle, it certainly has no effect at 4-5K.
