Default WRX Fuel pump into 98 RS

This is a quick question I thought would best be asked here since I couldn't find the answer. Does the WRX fuel pump swap directly into a 98 RS? I read some past posts that made it seem that the 98 and 99-01 RSs have different fuel pumps, and also came across different part numbers for the walbro pumps for those years.

I have a WRX pump, but don't want to bother wasting my time with an install if it won't work.

Yep. WRX pumps are a direct swap.

Heres something even cooler, the Legacy Turbo pumps,
Here's a quote from Legacycentral...

GD/GG WRX stock fuel pumps are specified to flow at least 130 liters per hour at 43.5 psi with a 12 volt power supply.

BC/BF Legacy Turbo stock fuel pumps are specified to flow at least 150 liters per hour at 43.4 psi with a 12 volt power supply.

I'll second the direct P&P placement comment. Works like a charm!
