Post no 2 door 2001 Impreza, confirmed...

The 2001 WRC impreza won't be a 2 door:

Geez, Glad I got rid of my 4dr for the coupe while I still could. Now we have a collectors shell! Engine swap baby!

That article also shores up the fact that it will be a MY2002 arriving in mid 2001.

Thumbs up

I'm keeping my 99 RS!! So no turbo for me, big deal. I'll wait for the OBS turbo....
Or the Focus R, 200 hp, light, under 20k.-
No AWD, but therefore lighter and if dry no disadvantage to the AWD.
No stinkin' 4 door in my garage!
=^)

Im glad Subaru smartened up again.
4 doors rule! Same price. Only 5lbs more. More functionality. More of a sleeper. Easier to install rear susension.

later,

Best 4 door looking Impreza is still the estate Imprezas. If u have the chance of seeing one pulling up slowly down the road, you'll know why. I had an Audi A4 2.8 owner dropped his jaw staring at my car the other day.

Just in case your taking more out of that article than you should be. It is only refering to the WRC car which is the Prodrive produced World Rally Car, not the us market production car. This does not confirm or not that the Turbo for the states will or will not be a 4dr. It is talking about something completely different..
