OK.. so I have been reasonable single for a few months now and not really looking for anything.

Started talking to chick, but I haven't done anything with her yet. I like a lot about her, and I know once she "ties up a few loose ends" we would make a good couple. Busy lives, late nights, smae interests in the sack.

Girl 2 - girl I know from the bar. She's a sweetheart, would give the world for a guy. Honestly, I really want to tag it (she's like 5'2 90 lbs, has a perfectly balanced body, and moves very well). Date with her Saturday night. Dinner - dancing - drinks.

Girl 3 - Ex. From a long time ago. I haven't talked to her in years. Saw her for the first time not to long ago. We hit it off and all of the old feelings came back. Including the wrold of hurt we put eachother through when we were younger. Probably the best sex partner I have ever had. I have a date with her tonight, Bar hopping.

Girl 3 called me last night and said she can't stop thinking about me and wants to know if I want to start things slowly. When we dated, we just dated. I knew she was dating other, and she knew I was. So I think that's why we hurt eachother so bad. I told her I would think about it, and we'll see how tonight goes. She know's I may be in love with her, and I am trying to deny it, but I think I might be too.

So... Lets lets hear OT's opinions...

That crap happend to me the last time I was single.

I had these girls coming out of the woodwork! I was like

"Where the hell were these girls when I was looking for them?"

I went out with all of them at varing times to weed out the crazy, evil, drama queen ones and I'm very happy to be with the girl I'm with now.

I've considered getting back together with my ex-wife after being apart for two years. We went through a lot but remained very good friends. I know we both have feeling for each other but I've decided to move on and keep her as a dear friend instead.

Yes and no.

There's a guy, a friend, she has hooked up with. She hasn't hooked up with him in months. Roomate. He's the reason she can afford the nice house. She's a bartender and her income isn't the best. If she tells him she's dating some one, he's borderline unstable and could pack up and leave, which would put her in a world of hurt.

I told her up front, I respect girls enough that I wont bang different girls at the same time, and I expect the same. She respects that, so we have not made contact (outside) and are waiting until she finds a resolution to her problem.

I don't need OT questioning her, because I know the whole story and I beleive her. She isn't scamming, she's just stuck.

In summary #2 has a chance of not being painful so go for that.

*permission - Before the women go nuts over this, it's a moral code between guys. It's not an ownership thing, but a respect thing. You have to talk to the guy before going for his ex. In this case, Brian is highly encouraging me to get her off his back and he can move on.

Rick - If you're going to date multiple girls, make sure they are the type that won't get hurt badly when you end it with one of them. cause you can't carry on with more thn one for long, I'd imagine. so #2 would be tough in that case.

EDIT - if you only want to go with one girl tho, my vote was for #2.

You shouldn't even be considering your ex. If you think you may be in love again, it's probably with the person she was years ago when you were dating (before things took a dump). Ditto for her. You're both different people now. Trying to live a fantasy will only hurt both of you even more.

Girl #1 needs to get her ish together and gain some independence. Don't consider her until she does so.

Girl #2 sounds like a classic psycho. Hit it and run.
