Default fuel filter replacement

Can anyone give me the procedure for replacing the fuel filter in '02 WRX? Quick search showed nothing.

1. pull the fuel pump relay and crank the engine to decompress the fuel system OR leave the car overnight to let the fuel system decompress

2. remove the rubber lines going to the fuel filter and remove the filter

3. You may need to move the rubber wrapping around the stock filter over to the replacement filter.

4. Then just reverse the process for install

You may want to have some rags around just in case there is still some fuel in the lines and they leak. Also, don't turn the filter upside-down as there is fuel inside it.

So you're saying I can just let my car sit over night and then replace the filter?
