searched for a 1/2hr could find these
1 Where can i get a good service manual for my '93 L. Apparently Haynes doesnt make one so where can i get one? I figured a Subaru Service manual would be best, but most expensive. 2 I went to get rear shocks, but apparently the car has struts and they cost 93.12$ each. Can i get them online anywhere for cheaper? 3 i may need a new FR brake caliper and i cant find anyone that sells them (asside from the dealership im assuming, and for a hefty price.) Can i get an OEM or cheap aftermarket Caliper online? 4 I was planning on doing the timing belt, and Crank seal myself. How long should that take and do i need to remove the radiator? (i guess that will be answered if i get the service manual but if you know :-D )

1. http://techinfo.subaru.com/html/index.jsp may have your manual online and at $20, it's one heck of a bargain.
2. You want OEM units or aftermarket? 3. Call 1-800-777-3779 and talk to Perry Subaru. I arranged for a 20% discount through our local dealer. Mention the NASIOC discount and you are in there! They ship anywhere in the U.S. There are other online dealers that have discounts as well. www.car-part.com is an online junkyard database, you might save some cash this way too! 4. No clue, sorry. |

They have calipers for a 93 Impreza L 1.8l. I didn't know your exact vehicle, but those are $50 with an $83 core charge. |

Hrm..
If you get a 72 hour subscription to the website, you can download as many pdf's as you'd like. You could suck down everything they have if you were patient enough or had the write web crawler. The 72 hour subscription is $20. |
