Default Is the HKS turbo timer harness the same for a WRX and STi?

i was wondering if the harness for the HKS type 1 harness, is the same for the WRX and STi? I have the timer and harness from my 03' WRX, but i want to put the timer in my STi.

do i need a different harness?

Thanx

Why are you even using a TT in a WRX, it doesn't need one. Read the specs in your owner's manuel. The turbo is still cooled after the engine is turned off by a water system which continues to operate until the turbo has cooled to an acceptable temperature.

I mean, if you are using it for bling then that is your perogative, but it is no longer needed in the WRX.

listen noob. if i go out and run my STi hard, i'm not gonna just shut it down. I don't care what the owner's manual says! i had the TT on my 03' wrx, and it'll be in my STi.

specs in the owner's manual? yes, i've read it. i've seen it discussed on this site, as well as other sites. i've read tons of posts on it!

i have always, and will always, let my turbo car idle for a short time if i've run it hard.

now that i'm done being an @ss, thanx. i know you're just trying to help and put your $0.02 in.
