Rear multi-link suspension!

(makes sense considering the new Legacy has it...)

But all the other "spy" reports claim that the Impreza is sticking with macpherson struts all around.

And the 2000 Legacy gained like 250lb. If the Impreza porks out like that too, it will really suck. Oh well, it's all just rumors until we see something official from Subaru.

This pic is the best yet! This car gets cooler and cooler. A rumor in Automobile is that the WRX is going to be 200-300lbs lighter.

thought about posting the pic

Those dock pictures do not do this car justice. This angle is much more aggressive looking and far more appealing.

Thumbs down

Groan...

THIS IS NOT AN IMPREZA

This is a Legacy with an Impreza front end manipulated onto it...

Give it up guys. Geez.
www.subaru.co.jp --> showroom. You'll see this image just above the "B4" logo.

Wait til the car comes out. I think it's time to talk about something ELSE.

Greg.

It may be a fake picture, but it is still a fairly accurate representation of the front end of the car, assuming the dock photos are to be trusted. It does look a little better...

Man, that pic does look aggressive. What would be the difference of the real Impreza and the one pictured above? Different body shape? It looks really good... kinda like a GS400.

It looks better? It's a Legacy -- it has a different body. If you like how this looks, get yourself a Legacy GT, lower it, and put on a custom bumper. This isn't an Impreza.

Well, it is pretty close to what the STi will probably look like. Just with the new flares and scoop and a wing.

Yes, the Legacy pic was artwork to start with, not a photo, and it has been manipulated to look like the new Impreza. Not an accurate way to judge the car--the photos are better to go by--but still interesting to see.
