Talking NC Meet later this month?

So who's coming? I want to know who I'll get a chance to meet.

I've scraped up some money and should get a chance to go and get the UD pulley and Dunk on my Sube. I may have to skip a few meals to get the rabbit emblem though.

What generally happens at these meets?

Thanks for the info. Can't wait.

I will definately be there. Dale has been looking forward to it as well. Last weekend drove up the road that Dale will be taking all of us up on the 27th. It was a really fun and beautiful drive. All we ask is that everyone be cautious on it. Too much in one direction, you are into a rock wall, if you get too much the other, off the side of the mountain. But I think everyone will have a good time.

Have a Nice Day?

Don't get me wrong...I enjoy spirited drives. I am a FTR-frequent tire roller (of the stock RE92s that is).

But, ah, if I happen to get into a wreck 5 hours from home with an "enthusiast" club, my parents aren't just going to kill me. They're going to take away my license.

Sounds like fun. I just hope we keep it slow. I know a lot of guys at Applachian and WCU who talk about the mountain roads, and they aren't exactly guys who think about stuff before they do it.

Can't wait to see it though I think I'll hang near the back.

Also remember we are having a two day autocross event at the BMW Plant in Greer (Spartanburg), SC on Memorial Day Weekend. The event will be run both days. Combination of your best times for each day will result in the winner.

Hope to see people at both events!

Regards,

Tim

The meet is on the 27th of this month. Don't worry about the drive. Dale has already told me that he will be going in front and he plans to keep it at a very reasonable pace. We could let Tim go in front, because as we know, No one should drive like he does.

The Solo II event at the BMW Plant is being held on May 27th ~ 28th. I'm in the points championship (currently leading G Stock) and this is a double points paying event. All the above means I wont be able to make it to Dale's shop.

I think the BMW Plant is about an hour from Dale's, but I am not positive. It would rock if ya'll could come down. Better yet if we could some Scoobies to run in the event. Just figures both events would be on the same day... damn!

For more information goto www.scr-scca.com Under the autocrosses, check out the one in Greer.

Remember, don't drive like me!

The meet is north of Asheville, NC. Take I-40 to 240-W. 240 Turns into Patton Avenue. Follow Patton about 3-4 miles, you will see an Ingles on the right with a stop light in front of it. Take a right at the light onto Leicester Hwy. I think it is about 10-15 miles out Leicester Hwy, but not sure. Anyway, look for Meadows Town Rd. on the right. When on Meadows Town, it is just a few miles out, look for the Teague's sign on the Left.

I will try to work up a map a scan it in and post it on my web site. I am trying to have a lot of products to look at but everything keeps selling out when it comes in but I am not saying that is bad I should have the Whiteline suspension parts in including Anti lift kits, Adjustable sway bars and solid links. The Cusco shipment my not make it but I do have just a few items on hand with some new STi parts as well. I may have some Aero kits in stock as well.

Talking

Hello everyone.

Good news! I may have a little more money than I expected. My parents "approved" my request for a loan and I'm also working a lot more (car detailing) this weekend/next. Also going to see if I can help my friend in his job (glass cutting) for some extra change.

I can't wait for the meet. I will be making the drive from Wake Forest/Raleigh Friday afternoon. if anyone wants to meet anywhere. Let me know-email is overtime@flashmail.com

Have a good one.
