Thumbs up Painting and powdercoating rims.

I have a second pair of track use only rims I want to paint black, since they end up that way every time I use them. Cosmetics are low on the agenda.

1)what paint to buy that i can use myself?
2)powdercoating, which I think randy a said ran about $40 per wheel for a local member. do i want to bother?

thanks

angus
