Post Uh....the new Civic hatch back?

Looks like a Focus. Even the pics of their masked Civic hatch back looked like a Focus....or a micro van.

Still, the new Impreza looks uglier. What's wrong with my eyes? I can't seem to like it!

Actually, that's not it, I think AutoCar or one of those mags (can't remember where I saw it) had pics and info on the new civic.

Only offered in a Coupe and Sedan, doesn't really look much different, but it has headlights more similiar to the accord now, and it will come with a new 1.7 litre VTEC SOHC, same hp, but more low end torque. the Si will be out the next year.

Check out your newstand and find a mag that has 2001 car listing, it's in one of those..

If that is what the new civic will look like then where will the engine go, in the back? That hood is awefully short.

It looks cool, appealing in that tiny lightweight CRX kinda way. It looks like the official pics of the Civic hatch that I have seen, but minus two doors.

Looks good. Always have had a soft spot for hot hatchbacks. If it only had AWD...

Looks like one of the micro-vans they already sell here in Japan. Maybe that's Honda's way of saving money on research and design? It also reminds me of some of the European hatchs. Maybe this one will be built at the factory in the UK that Honda is scheduled to open next year?
