Default stromung highflow cat vs random tech highflow cat

are there any difference between the two? their price is very similar, random techs are CARB legal (I think) and I am not sure about the stromung. Is one better than the other, or there are no difference at all?

go custom, i had random tech and damaged it in an accident, i replaced the cat itself with a catco from summit ($80) and a muffler shop welded it to my pipe and installed it for another 80, it may be a little more since youll need flanges and piping made shouldn't be more than 200 total, only downside is the piping may not be stainless but still you cant beat that price, and it's the same thing.
