Just woundering if anyone has put a adjustable fuel presure regulator on a n/a car. What kind of gains did you get and was it worth it. Basiclly, would it be a waste of money? Thanks

It's not necessary with any year N/A RS. Depending on the model year, the car will run rich or lean in certain parts of the powerband at full throttle. Increasing fuel pressure across the board can possibly solve the problem of running lean, but at the expensive of running extremely rich everyplace else, which fouls plugs, cats, & the environment.
Something like the Apexi S-AFC is what prety much all of us use to correct the fuel mixture. |
