Default Exhaust Shop Recommendations

I recently purchased a tsudo catback and with my luck I got a ****ty flex pipe. I have a whistle when the car is under boost and i can feel the flex pipe leak. I got in touch with the vendor which simply told me to cut it out and put in a straight pipe.

Anyone have a recommendation for a shop that can do this. I'm located around 22151 (springfield/tysons corner/ annandale).
