US STI V8 Engine/Drivetrain into 04 Wagon, possible?

I was curious if I could take and drop a complete US STI Ver8 engine and drivetrain into an 04 wagon? My main concern is the wheel width with the ver8 axles. Can anyone give me any insight into this? The entire STI wiring harness would be available, so I don't think that wiring will be a problem. Let me know if you have any info.

He has done essentially the same thing but is using different heads. If you have everything you are in good shape. Good luck.

I have done a version 7 swap into my 2003 TS wagon and yours would require the same treatment (unless you had a WRX... it would be easier then).... this is a thread on the RS 2.5 site I posted.
