Yes. Read the FAQ's at the top of the forum.

Cost will be whatever you can pick up a transmission, clutch and flywheel for plus the cost of the installation. Clutch and flywheel are about 6-800 depending on what you want and the transmission really depends on what transmission you want to run in the car.

few wiring issues are;

1. light wiring from your new MT pedal box
2. reverse lights
3. you starter interlock(you need to trick the ignition into thinking its in PARK) not very hard
4. key capture solenoid should be unplugged so that it won't grab your key!

e-mail me if you have any more detailed questions

I'm in the process of doing this right now. You'll also want to removal the a/t wiring harness and the shift computer too. I have the 5mt wiring harness, so i'm just splicing that into the car's harness and hopefully it will work without issue.
I'm pretty sure the brake pedal switch is the same for the manual and auto cars, so you should be fine there. There is some kind of switch on the clutch. I think it's optional if you want to install this. I might just because.
I would like to know more though from anyone who has done it so i don't mess up my car.
Thanks
Brent

search my username for info on this. it will end up costing you $2000-$3000 assuming you're paying for labor.
