Default borla hush catback vs stealthback system?

I'm debating between a borla hush catback with stock downpipe (want to retain cat for smog purposes) and a TXS stealthback with the hi flow cat system mated to whatever axelback i chose at a later date. Which system will offer better performance, especially after an uppipe replacement and UTEC retune? I'm assuming the TXS will be the freer flowing system and that the stock downpipe will have significant flow restrictions, but will i lose that much potential hp from leaving the stock dp stock and will installing a twin tip Hush system be mainly for looks and sound, and less go?

Stealthback all day long. The Stealthback offers greater gains overall. An axleback only adds 5-10HP, so you can wait for those gains later.
