Thumbs up AOL Instant Messenger Question

Is there any way I can find out the IP of people on my buddy list without having to talk to them.

I was basically wondering if there is any type of spy program that will tell me somebodys IP address just by typing in their SN when they are connected. This would really help me to clear up a few things.

I've had a lot of problems with my so called "friends". So now I'm basically trying to find out if the SN I keep getting harassed by originate from their computer, or if it's just some random people. I have the strong feeling it's the same people.

If it is them, I wanna be just as sneaky and do it behind their back. I don't want them to know that I'm trying to find out about it.

It's a long complicated story. It hurt so much though, that I'm willing to use my energy to find out.

Cant do it... AIM goes through a server... maybe a packet sniffer but im doubting it...

Direct connect would work then do a netstat and find the one with port 4443... well at least it used to be that...
