Post Trouble opening driver door after window is rolled up

I'm having a problem opening my door after the window is rolled up. It seems that the window is going too far up, just a little, when it is rolled up. When I try to open my door it sounds as if the window is breaking or cracking. The window is apparently getting caught on the surrounding molding. Anybody else have this problem? Any fixes wihtout having to go back to the dealership?

It's under warranty. Take it back and let them deal with it.
I think my window makes a "thunk" when it goes down all the way.
