Thumbs up Absolutely amazing!

So at this weekend's track event, I took a ride in this car:

This car is a 95 Euro-spec Carerra RS conversion. 2800 pounds, 320 hp, and the most insane amount of grip I have ever seen in my life.

The driver is Hank Cohn, who also owns this little beauty, which is driven in Speed World Challenge GT competition:

The yellow car was lapping at ~1:40 around Road Atlanta; he just put a new suspension under the car so (haha) he says it understeers like a pig and has a least 6 seconds left in it (for an amazing 1:34 lap time). The white car laps at ~1:32.

Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you: if you have never taken a ride in a highly prepped and sorted 911 driven in anger by a professional driver, you are missing out on one of life's fundamental pleasures. I just could not get over it...

I will remember this day for the rest of my life. Absolutely astonishing...and I have been around Road Atlanta in a lot of different cars, some of which were quite fast. This yellow car was unreal, literally unreal. The sickening part is that it was (in Hank's opinion) slow, unresponsive, and generally not impressive. I can only imagine what it would be like in the white car...

Scott
