Default New PIAA GT-X bulbs

Has any one tried these yet?
They look pretty sweet - 5000K low beam and 4200K high beam and they are 55/65W.
I read some where that someone was recommending changing the wiring harness for the headlights if you were going to buy these. Has any one installed these yet and used them for a while? It doesn't seem to me that changing the harness would be necessary with a 55/65W bulb.
I'm just trying to cover all my bases before I buy these, the last thing I want to do is cook a wiring harness or melt/burn the headlight housing!
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Pete

those wattages will not fry your wires...it rediculous things like 100W or 90W bulbs. the reason they may tell you to upgrade, is sometimes aftermarket bulbs work better with upgraded harness, but this is rare, or only if they are high wattage.

As far as I can determine (according to www.piaa.com) the GT-X is not available in a 9007 to fit the WRX (up to '03 at least, can't figure if '04 is different). Best bet is the Xtreme white, which I have used and been very pleased with...
